Founded in June 2007 by John Batanides and Tommy Trimble, our company is built on the values of responsibility, fairness, open communication and trust.
In recent years, our team members have successfully represented retail developers in the purchase of approximately 500 acres at a value exceeding $40 million. We have proficiently negotiated transactions on behalf of several retailers and landlords totaling more than $15 million in transactional volume. We also perform land acquisition activities in the multi-family/residential arena and FOCUS is currently working on a number of single tenant build-to-suit developments throughout the Carolinas.
